Also, what would you ban an account for besides violating the law (CAN-SPAM in the US)? Censorship is a big concern nowadays

Not at the moment, but you can easily integrate any CRM with your email lists to have them updated at all times using our API (here you have more info: https://acumbamail.com/en/apidoc/).
We block accounts at our discretion, but as a rule of thumb, we don't allow spammy emails, e.g. scams, fraud, etc.

We block agency accounts or subaccounts at our discretion, sorry. It depends on each case individually. Hopefully, you won't have any problem with this!
