Q: Hello Rafael, I have a couple of questions.
The first is, can the landing pages and emails be used in Japanese? The second one is, do you need a CRM in combination with Acumbamail like Macanta?

Yes, you can copy-paste that you need or directly write on the email builder to send out in Japanese, anything with a UTF8 code works out fine on our builder.
We don't have a CRM, but depending on your need maybe you can use some fields of the subscriber to save some information.
Best,
Hi Miguel,
So, as you said, I can use this to send out Japanese emails and collect names in Japanese. I will try to get both Japanese and English (Romaji) on the sign-up form. I just want to confirm that the landing page can be into Japanese too, is this right?
I understand that it is up to me to use a CRM or not. I don't have that many customers (yet) at this point so a CRM can wait for later.
My only concern is SMTP set up with my Domain Registrar (NameCheap) and my Host Provider (NameHero). I have never done this. I do have the latest edition of ForkLift. I am not sure if this will help me. But, I definitely need help setting this up, so it works, landing page to collect email addresses if Japanese is OK. Thanks again in advance for assisting me with further questions.
Kind regards,
Sumoling.
Hi,
Yes, you can use Japanese in Landings and forms too.
Config your SMTP is easy, you have to change the user, password and server. But if you need help, our customer service will be ready to help you :)
Best,
Thanks for getting back to me on my above questions. I am going to pull the trigger and give it a try.
