Q: I am looking a purchasing your tier 6 but before I need some clarification please.
1)What is the max number of clients I can add to have their own login access?
2)Can each clients have their own SMTP on their own domain & have their own email protocol DKIM, DMARK
3) Do you consider feature requests?
One feature I believe could really enhance the value of Acumbamail is a coupon system tailored for local businesses. You already have powerful tools in place like newsletter & SMS, which means you’re halfway there!
Imagine this: every time there’s an event, birthday, or a wedding, local biz could easily offer digital coupons to attract new clients. These coupons could be shared via social media, text messages, or newsletters — all within your platform.
Adding this feature would turn Acumbamail into not just a marketing tool, but a client acquisition engine for local businesses. It would truly set the platform apart.

1) You can add up to 100 subaccounts with their own logins.
2) Yes, they can have their own SMTP, DKIM and DMARC.
3) That’s a great suggestion. We have noted this down to consider adding it to our roadmap.
