Q: Segmentation Options
Hello! I'm looking into additional segmentation options and was hoping you could help. So far in Acumbamail, it seems like we’re only able to segment users based on basic behaviors—whether they’ve opened or clicked a specific email, or a set of emails.
I’m wondering if there are more advanced options available. For example, can we segment users who haven’t opened or clicked an email in the past year or last 90 days? Or based on other actions, like browsing behavior, adding items to cart, or starting the checkout process?
Any insights you can share would be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks for your question!
You can create segments based on three parameters:
- By the fields you have configured in the list
- By subscriber behavior in the campaigns sent to that list
- By subscriber quality
