One email sent and I'm canceling...or unable to cancel on my own.

This product is misleading and not user-friendly. I sent one time-sensitive email. All went unopened. Customer service takes 24-48 business hours to respond. I asked for a refund, and was given a tutorial and told to "you can make anti-spam adjustments to improve the deliverability of your emails and get the most out of your tool." I asked a second time, and was denied, which...okay, fine. I wanted to cancel the account, but there is no option to cancel, close, or deactivate. So, now I'm waiting another business day to get this account closed. Zero tacos.
