I requested support via the chat on your website 2 times in the last 10 days, but I have not received an answer.

I’ve used Ad Alchemy for over 2 years and was disappointed. Promised features like API campaign uploads are still missing. Outdated documentation: the Cloudflare setup guide hasn’t been updated for over a year, making it hard for new users. Language support is limited compared to modern AI tools. Support responds quickly but often can’t solve real issues. Considering the $400 price, I regret buying it. Would you recommend this product now?
I am considering purchase but have the following questions: - What LLM or version of GPT does this use to make ads? GPT-4.1? GPT 4.1 Mini? - Does it have keyword research and create suggest keywords based on a main keyword i.e. Buy Tennis Racket then suggest Buy Yellow Tennis Racket etc? - Can I set a bidding amount and does it research what the lowest amount would be? - I want to bid for non-competitive keywords that might not be as relevant as popular ones, can I do this?
