I sent this same message to support 7 days ago but there was no reply. Figured I would get a a better response here.

I bought from AppSumo more a few years ago, and your system currently shows me at Tier II. This is because I initially bought Tier I via AppSumo and later upgraded to Tier II by paying you directly. I have AppSumo credit that I want to use to upgrade a few tiers so I can join the Growth Club.

Although I’d prefer to buy through your website for convenience, I’d like to use my AppSumo credit. After upgrading 2 more tiers, I should reach Tier IV. Could you please manually move me up one more tier after I purchase? Since I bought that single tier upgrade directly through your site, AppSumo doesn’t track it, but you do.

Please let me know that I can move ahead and how to inform you of my purchase.
