Q: Why is support so slow?
I have purchase the tier 1 to use it for my business and since 5 days i am trying to run competitor relative reports and nothing works. A ticket has been opened since 8th July and just received automated reply that we will get back to you in 48hrs. This is real slow and unexpected based on the 4.5 star reviews they have here in AppSumo
