I upgraded to tier 7 (ultimate), it worked for 5min, when I updated I am down to tier (premium) and support chat is gone.. Please help

I also find the creative ad feature from adcreative to be very limited, it is just a couple ugly filters.

Will give it some days to test but first impression is not so good
