My filesize limit is 1 GB, instead of 3 GB, as advertized. Why is that? I purchased Tier 3, and as I understand it, the advertised filesize limit is 3 GB. But on the platform, I can only upload files up to 1 GB. The chat bot claims 1 GB is the limit for all tiers. Why are common WordPress backup formats, like .wpress are not supported?
