Q: Why is my filesize limit 1 GB in Tier 3, instead of 3 GB, as advertized?
My filesize limit is 1 GB, instead of 3 GB, as advertized. Why is that?
I purchased Tier 3, and as I understand it, the advertised filesize limit is 3 GB. But on the platform, I can only upload files up to 1 GB. The chat bot claims 1 GB is the limit for all tiers.
Why are common WordPress backup formats, like .wpress are not supported?

Apr 1, 2025A: We are working on the limit increase option and it'll be accessible by the end of April latest. We just wanted to put this in the deal terms as to how much we will increase it to for each package.
For the file types, we initially used the most common types. We add more as we get requests from users. Would be best for things like this, to just ask to add this in the support chat or put it in the roadmap. That way it gets added to the next sprint work
