Not another activation issue...really...
I purchased Tier 3 and had trouble with activating the plan. I messaged support from within the app. In a few minutes Rashik was kind enough to use my invoice information to verify and activate the appropriate tier for me. As I just purchased the app you don't want to have any friction activating it right out of the gate. It really is a vital step in customer experience. Thankfully, Rashik remedied the issue and I was up and running in no time. This is the kind of support all the apps should strive too.
