Q: Elaborating on GDPR
This may already be covered.. but...
If I create an agent that an end user (non-employee) interacts with .. that conversation/information is protected and covered by your GDPR statement in the title?
We are based in the UK and have to be cautious about creating any interfaces to end-users that are non compliant.

Yes, end-user conversations are handled in line with our GDPR obligations. When you create an agent, you're the Data Controller, and we act as the Processor. We don’t access or use the data beyond what’s required to operate the service, and we support standard compliance practices like deletion on request.
