Q: GDPR compliance? Really ?
Hello,
Sounds good but could you please confirm you are really GDPR compliant, as SOC2 is guaranteed only for your Enterprise plan? I don't see how the first could be, without the second, but your deal description mentions GDPR compliancy. And if you are not, showstopper for European people, or any other user having European visitors.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with strict access controls, and it lives in our U.S. region today; EU‑region hosting is on our roadmap later this year if you need European‑only storage. SOC 2 is simply our extra, independent security audit for Enterprise customers—it isn’t a prerequisite for GDPR compliance.

Once it’s live, we plan to offer a migration path for AppSumo LTD customers so you can move your data into the new region, and new sign‑ups should be able to choose their preferred location during onboarding. We’ll share more details as soon as we have a firm timeline.
