Q: Multiple Companies/Brands
Hey!
I have a few ventures (and also invested in a few)
I just bought Tier 4 - can I use the for different brand/venture?

Congrats on grabbing Tier 4 – that's awesome, and welcome aboard!
1. Regarding using your Tier 4 license for different brands/ventures:
One Workspace per LTD Code: The AppSumo Tier 4 license grants you one AgenticFlow workspace. Within this single workspace, you get all the Tier 4 benefits (200k credits/month, 25 user seats, 2GB knowledge storage, eligibility for the Multi-Agent Add-On).
2. Managing Multiple Brands/Ventures within One Workspace:
Possible, with Naming Conventions: You can manage multiple brands/ventures from within this single workspace. You'd do this by:
- Clearly naming your Agents (e.g., "BrandA_SupportBot", "VentureX_LeadGenAgent").
- Organizing your Workflows similarly (e.g., "BrandA - Onboarding Flow", "VentureX - Content Creation").
- Segregating knowledge by uploading client/venture-specific documents into different Table Datasets or by carefully instructing agents which specific files/folders (e.g., on a connected Google Drive) to access for each brand.
Shared Resources: Keep in mind that all users added to this single workspace will have access to all the agents, workflows, and connected MCPs within it. Credits and knowledge storage are also pooled at the workspace level.
3. For True Isolation (Recommended for distinct businesses):
If you need strict data isolation, separate billing/credit tracking per venture, or distinct user access controls for each brand (e.g., Venture A team cannot see Venture B's agents), the cleanest approach is to have a separate AgenticFlow workspace for each brand/venture.
This would typically mean purchasing a separate AppSumo LTD code (if still available) or a separate subscription for each additional workspace.
In Short:
You can manage multiple brands from your single Tier 4 workspace by being very organized with your naming and agent instructions. However, for true operational, data, and user separation between distinct ventures, dedicated workspaces are the way to go.
Let me know if you'd like to discuss strategies for organizing multiple ventures within one workspace!
