Tiers 1 and 2 exclude the managed, priority-supported versions of the WhatsApp and LinkedIn integrations that are included in Tiers 3 and 4.

However, Tiers 1 and 2 can still connect to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and all other services (including those we label as "premium" like AWS KB, Google/Azure TTS, Apify, etc.) using the standard MCP framework – you'd just need to connect via a community provider, self-hosted server, or potentially bring your own API key for that service's MCP.

So, it's not that all premium integrations are completely blocked on T1/2, but the specific managed experience for WhatsApp and LinkedIn is reserved for T3/4. The core ability to integrate via MCP is available across all tiers.
