Q: Self-assessment of the quality of the response

Hi,
I am interested in the License Tier 4, I am not a computer scientist, so I do not know what difficulties I might have in using it. I read the reviews and some have had difficulties.
I am also interested in your LTD Multi-Agent offer.
Many AI startups promise great things, then it turns out that the quality of their product's responses is very poor, with all that this entails for customers.
Some time ago I asked about workspaces, but nothing has changed.
1. How do you self-assess the quality of your AI's response?
2. What qualitative and quantitative evaluation parameters do you use?
3. Will additional workspaces also be paid for Tier 4?
4. If I encounter difficulties in using them, I will be forced to return them within 60 days. Will the amount paid directly to you for Multi-Agent also be refunded?

Thanks for your interest in Tier 4 and the Multi-Agent Add-On, and for these very important questions!

1. Quality of AI Response & Self-Assessment:

The "quality" of an AI's response in AgenticFlow largely depends on:
- The LLM Used: You can use our built-in economical models or BYOK for SOTA models (GPT-4, Claude 3.7, etc.). The better the underlying model, the better the potential response.
- Your Prompt Engineering: Clear, detailed instructions to the agent/LLM are crucial.
- Knowledge Base (RAG): The accuracy and relevance of the data you provide for the agent to reference.

Our "Self-Assessment": We continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our platform in orchestrating these components. We don't "self-assess" the LLM's raw output quality (that's up to OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), but we focus on how well AgenticFlow enables you to get quality responses through good prompting, tool use, and knowledge integration. The Multi-Agent system, for instance, aims to improve quality by having specialized agents handle specific parts of a task, reducing the "tool chaos" that can degrade single-agent performance.

Evaluation Parameters:
- We track platform uptime, API success rates, and processing speed. For AI quality, we rely on industry benchmarks for the LLMs we integrate and user feedback on the platform's usability in achieving desired outcomes. The Multi-Agent system's success will be measured by its ability to reliably complete more complex tasks than a single agent.

2. Additional Workspaces for Tier 4:
The AppSumo Tier 4 LTD provides one primary workspace. If you need additional, completely separate workspaces (e.g., for entirely distinct business entities with separate billing/users), those would typically require separate plans or LTD codes.
We have plan for project level split in a workspace and it needs to balance with other priorities (currently focus on MAS & Copilot).

3. Refunds (AppSumo LTD & Multi-Agent Add-On):
AppSumo LTD: This is covered by AppSumo's standard 60-day refund policy.
Multi-Agent Add-On (Paid Directly to Us): Yes, if you refund your main AppSumo Tier 4 purchase within their 60-day window, we would also refund your Multi-Agent Add-On pre-order payment (minus any transaction fees, as per the 30-days add-on terms), as the add-on requires an active Tier 3 or 4 LTD.
