Q: Whatsapp, Non-English Languages and More
Hey!
Looking great!
1. I am trying to understand the difference between Tiers 3&4 (besides the credits, storage size, etc.) Is there anything differentiating for the future?
2. How can I connect it to Whatsapp to have an automated response (I don't use Whatsapp Business yet)
3. Do you support non-English languages and RTL langauges?
4. Can I connect the platform to Suitedash?
5. Can I build a project-management agent that will prepare for example Gantt and Kanban charts?
I have more but these are the main issues for now :-)

Thanks for the great questions! Let's dive in.
Regarding Tier 3 versus Tier 4 future differences, both map to our standard Team Plan and will receive all future core updates for that plan. The main differences in the LTD are the limits – Tier 4 offers more credits, user seats, and knowledge storage. The only planned exclusive feature for Tier 4 is the option to purchase the upcoming Multi-Agent System add-on later this year.
For connecting WhatsApp, unfortunately, you need the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA), not the standard personal app, for automation with platforms like ours due to WhatsApp's rules. Once you have WABA access, you connect it via our WhatsApp Business MCP at agenticflow.ai/mcp/whatsapp_business.
Yes, we support non-English and RTL languages. The underlying AI models handle many languages well, including RTL like Hebrew and Arabic. You can prompt and receive responses in those languages, and the interface should display them correctly based on browser standards.
Connecting to SuiteDash isn't a native feature yet. You would need to check if SuiteDash has an API. If it does, you can integrate it using our generic API Call node within a workflow, which requires some technical setup using their API documentation. Please feel free to request a native SuiteDash integration on our roadmap at agenticflow.featurebase.app.
Finally, regarding a project management agent for Gantt or Kanban charts, AgenticFlow can help manage tasks and project discussions if connected to a PM tool. However, it cannot natively generate the visual Gantt or Kanban chart images itself. It could potentially output project data structured in a way that another charting tool could use.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the detailed response! Looking really interesting. Will check the things you mentioned on my side :)
You’re welcome. Any questions just ask.
