Feels like I tried a number of different functions a few times and my credits were consumed, but the tasks either generated errors or did nothing at all.

The promise seems great, but the functionality is really lacking.

The platform feels a little clunky and the bots surprisingly old school, but this is early days for us and I feel we are just scratching the surface. It feels that this has legs - the customer support has been top notch so far and we are really excited to put it to the test.
The onboarding aspects could do with a better customer journey map. The training side could be better and more questions about what is and what isn’t relevant.

I really like the product. For now, I’m still getting familiar with it and watching the training videos. I’m exploring different implementation options. I really appreciate the activity in the Discord community — the guide is very detailed and comprehensive. The regular video updates on YouTube and the constant addition of new reviews and features are great.

I can see that the team listens when people share issues or suggestions, and they actually implement changes. I hope they keep up this pace.

A special thank you for the support — I made a mistake with a payment and they handled an unusual situation for me. So far, I’ve had only positive experiences, especially compared to some other failed tools I’ve bought before.

Feels a bit like you're paying for a possible Alpha version to join in and help develop their product. Well, it's an AppSumo deal, so that's the way it is.

I got the Tier 3, and as poster AntCreation also mentioned about the Multi-Agent. I followed SeanP's suggestion to email support regarding this matter, but I received no response. So, even though I understand that they are working on the product, if they suggest contacting them, please reply.

Anyway, I am refunding this as I feel that they should have waited a bit longer before going live here to be prepared, both in terms of support and the maturity of the product. Maybe in a year or so it will be ready.

I'm reviewing AgenticFlow based on potential, early results, and momentum. While the service isn't yet completely polished and bug-free, it has made great strides forward since its debut on AppSumo. Early issues have been fixed, and ease of use is starting to improve with updates. The roadmap and insights from the founder give this platform much promise. I've just upgraded to Tier 3 with the Multi-Agent add-on.
