Early days
The platform feels a little clunky and the bots surprisingly old school, but this is early days for us and I feel we are just scratching the surface. It feels that this has legs - the customer support has been top notch so far and we are really excited to put it to the test.
The onboarding aspects could do with a better customer journey map. The training side could be better and more questions about what is and what isn’t relevant.
