NO support > heading for a refund
I was excited to get AgenticFlow and started building automations immediately for my new site. I was able to get the simpler steps to work, no problem. But when it came to doing loops and iterations with updates, I ran into problems. I used chatGPT to help me with this, but it was referring to features that I did not see on my screen. I verified with AF support that those features are indeed part of tier 1, but was not able to get any further support from them. To make this more irritating, I was able to build what I needed with the free version of Pipedream. I would like to be able to solve the problem with AF, but it looks like that is not happening. The price is great for an LT licence, but if it does not work, it is money wasted.

Jun 22, 2025Hi artdragon,
First off, thank you for putting AgenticFlow through its paces. We can only get better when power-users like you push the limits.
A quick clarification on the feature in question — the Run for each item is exist via Table Run (3rd tab in Workflow builder page) which could replace the Airtable back and forth - this feature was running months already, just recently under maintenance due to Knowledge Engine migration ETA next week.
About Control-Flow (loops & conditionals), this is not exist yet (so maybe ChatGPT hallucination), this is in our upcoming roadmap https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/control-flow-sequential-conditional-loops.
I checked the email box, our support team replied to each of your emails within a few hours and twice asked for a short screen-recording or a shared Clone-Link so we could debug properly. Without that reproduction, we can’t check whether something else is blocking it.
If Pipedream is covering your immediate need, great! But if you’d like an all-in-one AI-agent platform (rather than stitching multiple tools), we’d love to finish what you started. I will send you a link if you want to talk talk via email.
Totally understand if you still prefer a refund; AppSumo’s policy has you covered.
Either way, thank you for giving AgenticFlow a serious try.
