Promising Alpha version
Feels a bit like you're paying for a possible Alpha version to join in and help develop their product. Well, it's an AppSumo deal, so that's the way it is.
I got the Tier 3, and as poster AntCreation also mentioned about the Multi-Agent. I followed SeanP's suggestion to email support regarding this matter, but I received no response. So, even though I understand that they are working on the product, if they suggest contacting them, please reply.
Anyway, I am refunding this as I feel that they should have waited a bit longer before going live here to be prepared, both in terms of support and the maturity of the product. Maybe in a year or so it will be ready.

Thanks a ton for taking AgenticFlow for a test-drive and for leaving such an honest review. I’m truly sorry your support email went unanswered, our lean team has been swamped by the AppSumo surge, and a few messages slipped through. Two new Customer Success join us next month, so replies will go faster.
A quick note on Multi-Agent: it's the only Add-on that never part of LTD and we made it as exception as request from community (https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/multi-agent-add-on ). I personally asked the team to reply all the email in support box regarding MAS questions so you should receive a reply as we speak. If still not, this might go through spam filter, please help reply again with subject APP SUMO - URGENT I will personally reply.
About the development, we publish weekly change logs and host live Office Hours so you can see exactly what shipped and what’s next (roadmap’s linked on the deal page).
I completely understand grabbing a refund for the moment. If you circle back when things feel more mature, we’ll be happy to honor your original Tier 3 perks.
