Q: Do you have a shared inbox like front app / loop email (without the forwarding feature)

We do not have a shared inbox, but with the email client integrations ( Gsuite and Office 365) you can email your contacts from the CRM.
You can assign an agent to that specific contact or an account and your team member will be able to see the email communication with that contact.
We are going to introduce a mailbox for Support so that when an email is received a ticket will be created. Your teammates will have access to that shared inbox.

We have many other things on our roadmap which is why we can't promise any fixed timeline. If we get enough requests for this one, we will move it up the pipeline.
