Q: Hi, I've been working on setting up my account the past two days, and things are not functioning properly.

1. The wiki is not retaining the information I'm placing in it (hours of work trying to save over and over again). 2. My Google calendar is not showing up in Agiled after connecting. 3. The titles are different than your YouTube demos, and it's confusing. I don't see "Pages", and 4. Docs seem like it's only for proposals. 5. Are Clients considered Contacts? 6. Are leads considered "Deals"?

Also, it seems like you guys are along the same line as Plutio.
I'm not sure what I should use between the two, and why I should integrate them. Lol!

A: Hey,

1. Are you using the New Wikis from Essentials > Wikis or Classic Wikis? We have autosave feature with Wikis so your information should be saved every few seconds. Please reach out to support at support@agiled.app if issue persists.

2. Once you connect calendar and set it up for conflict checks, we read your calendar silently for conflict checks. We no more show events from external calendars in Agiled.

3. Agiled has received massive upgrades and updates recently. We are constantly updating our videos and docs.

4. Docs replace our old contracts and proposals. You can use docs to create anytype of document.

5. Leads are your Contacts with Lead role. You can create Deals under CRM > Deals.

Yes, Plutio and Agiled are competitors.
