Q: Is there a limit to how many emails I can send or how many contacts I can have?

Is there a place to create templates? Is there a place to track clicks, opens, etc.? I guess what I'm trying to ask is if the email feature is full-fledged like an email program, or if it's more simple and straightforward.

Also, does the scheduling feature function much like Calendly? Does it have all the features, i.e. reminder emails, confirmation emails, time slots, blocking time between calls, minimizing how many appts I can take per day, etc.?

A: Hey Angie,

We don't have a full fledged emailing feature inside. You can connect your account with Agiled to communicate with your contacts and accounts. As you connect you own email, so there is no limit on the number of emails. But we do not track opens and clicks etc.

There is also no limit on the transaction/notifications emails.

We don't have templates option in CRM but will be available soon.

You can customize all the notification emails from system.

About scheduling, we do block busy slots, have confirmation emails, you can send reminders through automations but feature is not as advance as Calendly but still do the job.
