Sorry, but the product is buggy. I recoded 5 videos showing issues. I hope they work on the fixes. I will again revisit this page once all issues I reported are fixed. The communication module is not that usable at this point. The Tasks automatically show completed. The @ mentions are not working at this point. - I'd like to see progress in the next 60 days and will take a call on refund. I hope Asad is hearing me. - I will review this again.

Thanks for your review.
We went through the tickets you created
1. Email Confirmation not arriving : Was a temporary delay in email system. Back in order (not a bug)
2. Files not visible under shared folder in one portal: Investigating. (will be fixed in few hours)
3. Mentions not working: You will have to preview the task to use mentions. (not a bug)
4. Chat module is almost realtime but not instant so there can be couple of seconds of delay before message appears. (Already working to make it instant but certainly usable and not buggy)
5. Task getting marked as completed: This is intentional. If you click task title or checkbox in checkbox list view, it will get mark as completed (not a bug)
