Q: Can we add conditions?
Can we add conditions so that it only replies to emails if they include specific keywords in the subject line or message body? There could also be other conditions, such as that the email should not be open or have been replied to already (eg if I've replied to it manually already or if I'm using another extension etc). Is anything like that possible already or in the roadmap to be added any time soon?
Also I'm a bit confused if this only creates draft email replies that I then have to manually approve one by one in order to actually send them, or can I set it up so it auto-replies to all emails (that fulfill the conditions I've set) without having to manually approve them first?
Or is there a setting to choose between auto-replying or requiring approval first? (that would probably be ideal if we could choose)

May 4, 2025A: Hey terry! We will be opening up the settings panel for people to use in the next few weeks or so. This way you can determine those settings or use certain filters like you’re saying. We wanted to keep it simple at the beginning. We’re not big fans of friction lol. These are good conditions you’re mentioning so as long as you get it and let us know you want this inside the community we will def consider everything we can! And also RIGHT now, due to not rushing the process and just taking over email; the email ai reply gets drafted and waits for your approval before actually sending. We always have automatic sending DONE…it’ll be a setting you can switch on so if you want it’ll just send the emails without your eyes having it be run over the email copy (this is just a precaution right now). And yes! So your intuition is spot on! Hope to see you in there!
