Hi Zander, many thanks for answering my previous question above (Q: Chance of a larger query quota?). I made some further comments in the comment section within that question, but not sure if you've seen it? I had to split my answer into 2 as comments are length limited. Many thanks - I'd love to get something in place.

A: While English is the most common and the most advanced one, we also support: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish.
Hi, your product looks very interesting and I'd be keen but the AI query quota (and number of indexed pages) looks very low to me (even on the tier 2). It's smaller even than your "Small" plan on your site. Is there a chance you would increase these limits? I don't want to commit to a platform that I then outgrow very quickly.
A: Thank you for reaching out! I understand your concern, sadly enough offering an AI powered tool with a lifetime subscription that we can promise is difficult. If you can share with us your required AI queries and indexed pages I will do my best to make a nice offer!
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Zander. I suppose the trouble is that I don't know - at the moment my site has about 150 indexable pages but I see this growing (I know that 300 pages are included in the Tier 2). As to how many credits I need, I have no way of knowing until the system has been running for some time. I don't know how popular it will be and how much people will engage with.
... with it. I'd like it to be a success of course and so the current Tier limits feel too limited. It might be nice if the tier plans reflect the same plans as your site ie. Small / Medium / Large. That way we might have confidence in your "All future plan updates" offer too. At the moment, future features (alternative info sources) could easily be excluded from the Appsumo Tiered plans
Q: What happens after credits are used?
Is there a cost per credit option. If so, how much?
How does 1 code differ from your free plan on your site now?

A: Thank you for reaching out! The free plan is only a temporary option available and will be removed very soon. It also will not be grandfathered. While we would love to have a free plan it simply does not cover the resource costs for AI.
Q: Regarding Knowledge Base, Message Number and Model
Hi there! Just to make sure I’ve got this right: with Plan 1 I get 50 AI messages per month (so roughly enough for 5–10 visitors), and you don’t use any additional knowledge base besides the website, correct? Also, which model are you using? Thanks so much for your help, and all the best!
A: Hi there! Thank you for reaching out, I'll answer per point:
1. The usage depends on the amount of questions regardless of visitors. So you are correct.
2. We are working on adding multiple knowledge bases and are close to releasing this, but as of now we use your website. The benefit of this is that we can always link users to the right page and you don't have to worry about private...
Q: Any further on my last question?

Jun 28, 2025A: Hi, apologies, I did miss your replies to my answer!
If you are keen on using Aisk (happy to hear :-)) what I can do is add a 3rd tier to the platform which doubles tier 2. Would that be enough for you?

That sounds very decent, yes!
Q: Languages
What are the languages that support can be provided?
