Q: Recurring task assigned to department?
Most of our recurring business task can be completed by anyone in a specific department not individuals. Can recurring task be setup and assigned to a department. Then everyone who is a member of that department can see the pending task. Anyone in the department can accept the task and can then complete it. Is this possible? Thanks

That’s such a great question!
The short answer is: Yes!
You can delegate Tasks (either 1 time, or recurring) within Alvanda in 3 ways:
1. To a specific individual,
2. To a Role (eg: Sales Associate), or
3. To a Department (eg: Sales).
Alvanda then goes 1 efficiency step further and delegates the task based on bandwidth!
So, for example, if you have 3 sales people, 2 of which are swamped with 8hours of allocated work each today, and a 3rd that only has 4 hours of work allocated today, then Alvanda will automatically assign the task to the 3rd person! :)
