Q: Hello Animazer.

I have three queries I'd like to discuss.

1. After hitting the Generate button for 4k project, the loader freezes and takes a long time to process/render. It download button appears after a day or so, but it takes too long.

2. Could you please add an section that shows the amount of credits used and remaining?

3. I noticed most of the templates available are vertical dimensions without the option of converting/copying into another dimension. I have to create a new project all over again with the said template in a new dimension. What's worse is that not all vertical templates are available in horizontal and square.

Please fix this issue; either add a feature to copy and resize the dimension, like Canva, or create the templates in all dimensions before releasing them.

Thank you.

A: Hi HypeLifeMedia,

1. The vast majority of our templates render in a couple of minutes. There are a few templates with more complex animations that may take a little more time, but usually not more than 5 minutes, even for 4K which tend to take more time to render than Preview or Full HD resolutions. If your experience was different please let us know which project you had problems with and we will investigate, as this is definitely not normal. You can send us the link to your project from a contact form on our website or directly by email to support@animazer.com.

2. If you go to your Profile page (/user/YOUR_USERNAME/edit) you will see the amount of credits you have at the top of the page.

3. We originally had more vertical templates than any others as they were/are more popular. Now we are working on making the templates available in all formats, but it takes time. You will see more templates in coming days. At the same time we are working on a next version of our tool that will allow you to change the format of videos "on the fly", but this will take a few months to complete.

I hope this answers your questions.

Thank you for your quick response!

1. I'll definitely inform you of any further concerns with the ETA of the rendering.

2. I understand vertical dimensions are popular now due to Facebook/Instagram reels/stories and YouTube shorts. However, square and horizontal dimensions are still widely used and are recommended in certain cases. Anyhow, I appreciate the fact that you are working on a solution that will allow the change in formats "on the fly."

Thanks again!
