hi. i tried to add Woocommerce and it will not scan the website and wont know anything about the products of the store (although the URL of the website was added to the knowledge)
so can this be used at all on Woo (or shopify) besides general customer service bot? how can we make sure it knows to scan the relevant product pages and actually answer relevant product questions?
I recently came across a question about integrating WhatsApp and Facebook with Answerly. As an Answerly user, I’ve found this process incredibly challenging and poorly supported. The integration is overly complex, the official tutorial is unclear and unhelpful, and my emails to support requesting a detailed guide have gone unanswered or received inadequate responses. The issue isn’t a lack of users—it’s the difficult integration and subpar support.
My question is: Can I get a refund, even though I purchased Answerly some time ago?
Our Whatsapp integration simply asked you for the phone number and the api key. The challenge unfortunately was getting that key from meta which there's nothing we can do on our side.
As for refund, we cannot issue refunds ourselves so I suggest you reach to appsumo support.
