A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out and taking an interest in AppMySite.

We understand you have questions about our Agency white-label product and apps. With this product, you can white-label our app-building portal and host it on your branded domain. This way, your clients and customers can log in to build and manage apps in a portal with your branding.

As you mentioned, this product is...

Q: Interactive App?

Is there any way to make an interactive app, meaning the users can create content or update content? For instance, if I want to do a recipe app, I would like to allow users to add their own recipes and then update the recipes they added. This would be connected to their account, not on a public page for any user to access. Thanks!

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

We don’t currently have native features that would allow your users to create content within the app. We understand this feature is important to you. You can add this as a feature request on our Updates portal.

There is a workaround for this. If you have a website that enables users to publish content, you can...

Q: I just purchased a lifetime tier 5 license. It appears that I have to pay to have push notifications?

I just purchased a lifetime tier 5 license. It appears that I have to pay to have push notifications? I am being asked to pay for push notifications and advanced notifications as an upgrade is this correct? This is a deal breaker for me as it says in the description that this is included.

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

Tier 5 is equivalent to our website’s Pro plan. The main difference is that you can create unlimited apps, and some premium plan features (like language support and merge apps) are included in your license.

Tier 5 also includes plain notifications. You don’t need to pay to send notifications. However, if you’d like to send rich notifications, you will...

Q: Do we have to pay a subscription to use this?

So if I buy the product that gives a licence for 10 pay per app subscriptions does that mean I have to pay a subscription every month to appmysite for each of the 10 apps? and if so how much is it approximately??

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

No, you do not have to pay us any additional fees if you buy a license from AppMySite. Pay-per-app is simply the original name of our plan structure, as seen on our website – https://www.appmysite.com/custom-app-pricing/

If you buy Tier 2, which includes 10 apps, it basically means you can build and publish 10 apps to the app stores. You don’t need to...

Q: Android coming soon?

Hello. I’ve currently purchased Tier 1 but am considering upgrading to Tier 2 or 3. However, I noticed that when it comes to app publishing, Android is marked as "coming soon," and only iOS seems to be available at the moment. I’m wondering if this is the case for everyone or if it’s a limitation specific to Tier 1. I’d like to confirm whether Android publishing becomes available starting from Tier 2. If Android isn’t supported, the upgrade may not be worthwhile for me. I’d appreciate your clarification on this.

A: Hi there,

We apologize for the confusion – Android publishing is available at the moment, and has been since our product launched. You may have come across the Auto-publish/Easy publish section on our website and product. For now, the easy publish feature is only available for iOS. This feature basically lets you publish new versions of your iOS app to the Apple App Store. It’s not a mandatory...
