Q: Business support plan downgrade?
May I clarify what’s this about? I receive an email downgrading the business support plan to basic support plan. Are my plan limits & features affected?

When you sign up with a new AppMySite account, we provide you access to our business support plan for one month. This plan includes enhanced support options, which come in handy when users are getting started with AppMySite. If you received an email about the downgrade, it means the one month period is over and you're now on the basic support plan. The basic support plan also enables you to get support. With the Business support plan, you simply get access to more support channels such as live chat.

They did this a while back changing support when it was standard with our plan to have normal customer service via chat and decided on their own that they'd take it away and charge for chat options knowing proper customer service was needed to use the platform. No one is a fan of this and they don't care. Enjoy waiting days for responses that could've been taken care of in minutes.
