The chat feature is not part of any of our AppSumo licenses. Our AppSumo licenses are essentially a lifetime version of our product's Pro plan. Since the chat feature is not part of our Pro plan, it's not available with our AppSumo licenses.

You can, however, buy the feature as an add-on from the AppMySite dashboard after signing up.
