Q: Inquiry About App Management and Features in AppMySite

1. What happens to the apps published on Google Play if they are deleted from AppMySite?
2. Can I deactivate an app that I’ve created without deleting it? Is it possible to deactivate it temporarily and then reactivate it later?
3. For Tier 5, can I create an unlimited number of apps, or is there a maximum limit based on storage capacity?

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have answered your questions below –

1. If an app is published on Google Play and then deleted from AppMySite, it will stop working. When someone installs the app from Google Play, the app will load a blank screen. Your app must be active on AppMySite if you plan to publish and distribute it via the app stores.

2. We don’t currently have a provision to deactivate an app. The only way to deactivate an app is to delete it.

3. Yes, tier 5 has no limit on the number of apps you can create. There is no storage limit.
