I have read a few reviews regarding surprise significant charges made to AppMysite users and that refunds take some time to be made, please can you list any other charges that need to be considered for someone buying a Tier 5 plan apart from the app store developer licenses?

Please can you also confirm that AppMySite users are informed of charges, price changes etc in good time?
