Prepare to Wait MONTHS for Support

I've been a customer for nearly a year, so I speak from months of experience. If you have any support issues, be prepared for sub-par support and ridiculous wait times.

I started as a paid pro customer and wasn't able to migrate my existing Google Play App Store app from my previous developer. Not AppMySite's fault, but I did need support to assist with the settings for new Play Store Listing. Every reply took 24-48 hours which added weeks to the project, even if the reply was a simple, "yes."

Their documentation is good, but I find many outdated articles. Again, if something was unclear and I asked support it would take days for a simple answer, and sometimes the answer was, "sorry, that's old information from a previous version." Very frustrating.

When the last AppSumo offer went live, I asked if I could migrate the apps on my current paid plan to an AppSumo account, and was told yes (which was quite nice, I acknowledge) but that they had to do it because they didn't share the Keystore files.

This was new information and basically everyone should know that apps you create with AppMySite can't be moved to a new developer. You won't be able to load any new builds, ever because you can't authenticate them.

I bought the AppSumo deal, and then worked with them for over 4 months to try migrate the apps. After 3 months they told me they couldn't do it because of a glitch with Google Play Store. This was after granting them access to my Google Play Store account and waiting... and waiting...

Finally when they gave up, I suggested converting the paid account to an appsumo account since the apps worked there. Seemed simple enough, right? Much simpler than starting over for a third time with a new Google Play Store Listing and moving ALL my app subscribers again.

They agreed if I got permission from AppSumo support. AppSumo (of course) was great and authorized the change. And then... crickets.

It's now been another month. Every few days I'll ask about my open ticket, they'll send a canned email back saying it will be done in 24-48 hours. 5 Days later I'll email again, and again they'll tell me 24-48 hours.

The product works, so two tacos. If you have mission-critical needs for apps, this ain't it.
