Q: Account problem not able to export

Hi there,
I have this message popping "Insufficient export credits. Please upgrade your plan to buy more credits." whenever I try to export. I have 16980 credits and used only 20 credits. Tried the internal support system with no resolution or replies.

The issue you’re experiencing might be related to export credits—exporting requires credits, and you should have 300 export credits in your account. That should normally be enough to proceed.
