Q: Hi, how do you handle the SECURITY topic for using this in an Assana environement?
My team and boss and manager will want to know how secure is the app? How is it loaded onto our server or office system securely, logistically and more ... Im assuming you already were expecting these kinds of questions and have answers on hand and waiting, :) Thank you for being here. We need more support Ai apps for larger systems like Assana etc. Cheers.

The tool is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool, meaning we will manage the service completely on our side. We will connect to Asana on your behalf to execute actions if (and only if) this is required.
The data we store is simple: Project titles, Workspace titles and task titles. No other information is stored. Depending on the exact integration extra data my be access (such as comments or the usernames of members), but nothing else is permanently stored.
