You are correct, Plan 3 is the equivalent of the 'Team' offering.

What exactly do you mean by assigned users? The number of users (in Asana) is unrelated to the plans. The only thing we measure is the number of projects and integrations you use. For example, on the Plan 3/Team offering you can have a total of 20 projects or integrations. You can use all 5 integrations on 4 projects or use 20 projects with just 1 integration.
