Q: Hosting, GDPR, Regional Support, Features & Pricing

Hi !
I have several questions regarding your solution :

- Where is Automaticall.io hosted (fully compliant with GDPR for European customer data?)?
- Are there any regional restrictions for using your service in Belgium?
- Does the voicebot support French natively, and can it handle Belgian French linguistic specifics (for example, using “nonante” instead of “quatre-vingt-dix” for “ninety”)?
- Can the voicebot evaluate the urgency of a call and, if necessary, transfer the call to a specified phone number?
- Are there extra charges for exceeding the included minutes?
- What are the costs for sending SMS messages or for call redirections/forwards?
- Are there any other additional fees I should be aware of?
- Do you provide an API to connect CRMs or automation tools n8n, Make?

All our systems are currently hosted in EU-Frankfurt data centers. We use GDPR compliant third parties and have our own systems in place(All based in the EU)

Unfortunately we do not support Belgian phone numbers yet for B2C, we are only taking Belgium on agency plans if you're operating as a business.

Does the voicebot support French natively, and can it handle Belgian French linguistic specifics (for example, using “nonante” instead of “quatre-vingt-dix” for “ninety”)? Are there extra charges for exceeding the included minutes? No, if you exceed given minutes you can buy additional minutes but we do not autocharge you. We are strictly against this to save our users from hidden costs. You can buy minute packages from https://automaticall.io/forward/usage
What are the costs for sending SMS messages or for call redirections/forwards? SMS messages on the house currently, we send a whatsapp message, if it fails we send an SMS. Call forwards usually none since we provide local numbers and depends on your carrier plan.

Are there any other additional fees I should be aware of? Nope, we're transparent (39 is all you pay, rest we cover, lifetime.)

Thank you for your clear answers.
As a solo agent, I can't afford an enterprise plan.
Is it possible for the voicebot to detect urgent calls and transfer them?
If I buy a TIER5 license now, will Belgian numbers be supported for small business use by year-end?

Unfortunately Belgian phone numbers require a special license with our telephony partners. In order to provision this we need registered business details.

If we have this then yes we can support by year-end.
