How do you send notifications for reports, calendar bookings, or events? SMS or only through WhatsApp? What happens if a number doesn’t use WhatsApp?

Jul 16, 2025A: Only through whatsapp at the moment, WhatsApp fails then SMS is sent - you can go to integrations and setup another WhatsApp number if needed too :)
