Automaticall Reviews

Was excited to get this setup and running. Was previously using GHL's AI Voice & Conversation bots and was hoping to have something that'd be simpler, quicker to implement.
Once I started setting it up, I realized the configuration options are limited. Only two voices available for each gender. Male/Female - Professional/Friendly. And the Friendly voices sound too artificial. Bot would ask the caller's name, but would repeat the call's objective before giving the caller time to respond. Calendar integration didn't work. Always said the calendar was full. Couldn't locate free time on my entirely open Google Calendar. And what's the most annoying part is that it would solicit feedback from callers on the Bot's performance. NO. NO. NO!

Not quite there yet.

Future requests:
1. Create an app / simplify the ability to turn the BOT on and off.
2. More realistic sounding voices
3. Allow more granular programming of the AI bot.
4. No soliciting feedback from callers. Just answer the call, and don't pester callers about providing feedback on the bot.

I purchased Automaticall on July 11, 2025 through AppSumo, and unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from day one. I’ve tried multiple times to get the program to work, particularly the service plan feature, but it simply doesn’t function as expected.

One major issue is the lack of support for Spectrum, which is my carrier. If that’s the reason the app doesn’t work, that should’ve been clearly disclosed up front. Instead, it feels misleading—especially when most of the reviews appear to be overly positive, possibly even paid reviews. Based on my experience, this app is not ready for real-world use.

As of now, Automaticall has been a complete waste of money. I will be requesting a refund and do not recommend this product unless they address these major compatibility and functionality issues. if I give zero tacos, I would !

I've only been using it for a few days, but it's already worth more than five tacos—and that's saying something! There's definitely room for improvement, but you've got a fantastic product on your hands. I truly encourage you to keep developing and refining it.

One thing I noticed early on (which I managed to adjust by tweaking the prompt) is that the voice starts off speaking very fast. Also, in some cases, it tends to repeat questions even after the caller has already answered them. That might be an issue with my prompt—I'd love for you to take a look at it when you have a moment.

Aside from that, this is an excellent tool with huge potential, and I’m glad to be using it!

I bought 15 stacks (5 stacks *3).

The good:
1) Aadil offers the absolute BEST customer support via discord. I feel like I got my moneys worth just based on support.
2) The bot sounds very human, yes people figure out its AI but it sounds very good with umms pauses etc.
3) You can tell the bot exactly how to lead the call.
4) Sometimes, I don't feel like talking on the phone... I also don't like listening to voicemails... Also people don't leave voicemails... Combined, Automaticall comes with the perfect solution to this. Bonus: If you have a simple business you can get Q&A answered without even having to return the call.

The bad:
1) Hard to setup on VOIP (BUT Aadil to the rescue!)
2) People don't take AI seriously so they try to go around the bot to bypass it to reach me. Solution: Modify the prompt to ensure the reason is given for the call.

Overall, I am very very happy with both this deal and the support. I hope this company lasts and I get my moneys worth.

Automaticall has a great concept, but it's not for me. Scammers immediately hung up when calls were forwarded. When Walgreens called, the AI kept answering background conversations. My family and friends find it annoying and are frustrated by the obviously AI. I wish it sent SMS instead of emails, which always end up in spam. The most frustrating part is that my phone only rings twice before calls are forwarded, causing me to miss calls if I don't answer immediately. I also disliked having to provide my credit card to redeem a code. On the positive side, setup was simple, prompt customization is a nice feature, and the UI is mobile-friendly. I wanted to love this service, but it ultimately misses the mark for my needs.
