Bot's not that 'intelligent'. Plus unnecessary feedback requests to callers.
Was excited to get this setup and running. Was previously using GHL's AI Voice & Conversation bots and was hoping to have something that'd be simpler, quicker to implement.
Once I started setting it up, I realized the configuration options are limited. Only two voices available for each gender. Male/Female - Professional/Friendly. And the Friendly voices sound too artificial. Bot would ask the caller's name, but would repeat the call's objective before giving the caller time to respond. Calendar integration didn't work. Always said the calendar was full. Couldn't locate free time on my entirely open Google Calendar. And what's the most annoying part is that it would solicit feedback from callers on the Bot's performance. NO. NO. NO!
Not quite there yet.
Future requests:
1. Create an app / simplify the ability to turn the BOT on and off.
2. More realistic sounding voices
3. Allow more granular programming of the AI bot.
4. No soliciting feedback from callers. Just answer the call, and don't pester callers about providing feedback on the bot.
