Q: Hey Tobias
Glad to see you have listened to users when you were previously here on pricing and white labeling, your tool now looks more reasonably priced with the features most people wanted. Just wanted to confirm some questions I previously had:
1. do we get commercial license to use the videos we create to post on Youtube for example or our own blogs or websites?
2. Do you have a planet zoom in feature like google earth where I can select a point on a map then show the earth and then zoom into the earth on the point of the map, as need this as an intro for YouTube videos, currently I use Google earth for this, but would be great if this is available in your tool.
3. What sizes are available for export? can we export to landscape (YouTube size) and portrait size ( Tiktok/Instagram )

Jul 16, 2025A: Glad to be back — thanks! Regarding your questions:
1) Yes, you can absolutely post your videos on YouTube, blogs, and websites.
2) Yes, zooming in from a high camera elevation like 150,000 km is supported. You can easily create that effect by adding a "Fly-In" animation to your video.
3) AvoMap supports all major aspect ratios — including 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Shorts, Instagram Stories, or TikTok, and 1:1 for Instagram posts.
You can try the AvoMap editor even without creating an account — rendering a video is the only point where render credits are required. Give it a spin and see for yourself!
