I have the previous deal purchased, but I see with this deal there are like credit system, not videos export per month, is this the same?
Can we top up codes to my previous deal account?

Yes, code stacking is possible now with the new deal! this wasn't the case before.
As for the credit system — AvoMap v1 kept things simple: 1 credit for a 1-minute video. That still applies, but now you can unlock extra features by adding a few more credits. Here’s a quick breakdown:
4K Ultra HD: +2 credits
More than 5 icons with custom uploads: +1 credit
Video white-labeling: +2 credits
Custom branding (your logo): +2 credits
Videos longer than 1 minute: +1 credit
Before rendering, you'll always see a clear summary of how many credits a video will cost — no surprises.
