Q: Client account questions
Hi guys, seems like a great project, I tested purchasing the highest tier.
Some important questions:
1. Is this tool suitable for inviting clients as team members? Will they only access the data that they have in their own Google accounts?
2. All in all, are these accounts completely isolated from each other? So that e.g. team members can't see what other members are asking in the chat?
3. For the future, could we set user based limits for each subaccount?
I run into some issues, of which I raised a suppor ticket to you.
Thank you!

1. Yes, Backona AI supports multi-user access on tier 3 and above. You can invite clients as team members via email. Each user signs in with their own Google account and can only see data from the properties (GA4, Google Search Console, and very soon Google Ads) that their account has permission for. Backona AI fully respects existing Google permissions, so users won’t be able to access any data unless it's been specifically shared with them in Google’s settings.
2.Yes, chat history is completely private — team members can’t view each other’s conversations. Just a heads-up though, message limits are shared across your organisation, so it’s possible for one person to use more messages than others on the same plan.
3.We should be able to include this in the roadmap. I’ll keep the conversation going with you through our support ticket, and I’ll do my best to give it a higher priority. It sounds like a great and genuinely useful feature, so thanks for suggesting it. I will confirm that with you ok?
Additionally I'm expanding our reseller capabilities, and a few agencies are already lined up to start reselling. This is an important part of our longer-term customer growth strategy for Backona.
Really appreciate your questions and your support ticket — thanks again!

Thank you so much for your responses and support! Regarding the point 3 it's not urgent as I don't think we're running our of credits for a while. But great to hear if it can be implemented later on. Reselling capabilities e.g. white labeling sounds great as well.
