Q: Confirmation Request - Some questions follow.
Hi Nadya,
They are interested in the product, and I need to decide between a Tier 4 or Tier 5 license. First, I need some important confirmations and answers:
Recap:
1. The only difference between Tier 4 and Tier 5 is the usage limits.
2. BannerBoo can be used on an unlimited number of domains.
3. I can export and upload unlimited MP4 video files to various social media platforms.
4. The videos include audio.
5. I can upload my own images.
6. I can upload my own videos to create video banners with text and animated images.
7. The API will be available soon.
8. Currently, I can't use my own AI or automations.
9. Banners won't display your brand/logo, or any brand/logo for that matter.
10. I can organize my work and clients into unlimited workspaces.
- And questions follow.

Jul 17, 2025A: Hi Mancinelligf, and thanks for the questions. Here’s a point-by-point response:
1. Yes, that’s correct — the main difference is in usage limits (e.g., storage, number of editors, etc.).
2. It depends on what you mean. You can export and use banners on any domain or platform. However, there’s only one preview page setup per account, so if you're referring to a preview page domains — then no, not multiple custom setups.
3. Yes — starting from Tier 3, MP4 exports are unlimited.
4. Yes, audio is supported. Just note: most browsers will disable autoplay when sound is on, and will mute audio if autoplay is enabled.
5. Yes, you can upload own images.
6. Yes, you can upload own videos.
7. Yes, API access is planned (e.g., for export packages). We'll share more updates once available.
8. Correct — at this stage, there's no support for connecting external AI tools or automation.
9. Correct — exported banners are clean, with no branding or watermarks.
10. Yes — workspaces are available, and the number of editor seats and usage depends on your Tier.
My Questions:
1. What languages is the interface available in?
2. What's the current maximum length for exported MP4 videos? (Thinking of "text-based" videos for social media.)
3. When will A/B testing be implemented?
4. Are APIs not on the roadmap?
5. Which AppSumo tier will qualify for the white-label solution?
Thanks
Thanks for your questions — here are the answers:
1. What languages is the interface available in?
Currently available in English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Korean, and Japanese. French and Spanish are in plans.
2. What's the current maximum length for exported MP4 videos?
The maximum duration is 90 seconds.
3. When will A/B testing be implemented?
A/B testing isn’t a priority on our roadmap right now, as it’s typically handled at the ad network level.
4. Are APIs on the roadmap?
Yes, APIs are planned — starting with export packages. We’ll share more details as development progresses.
5. Which AppSumo tier qualifies for the white-label solution?
White-label is not included in the AppSumo deal. It’s offered as a separate feature for those seeking integration. However, all tiers include the option to brand the preview page (https://help.bannerboo.com/654514-How-to-set-up-your-custom-banner-preview-page).
6. Do APPSUMO users have access to images, videos, audio files, clip art, and animated clip art like Plus users?
Thank you.
6. Do AppSumo users have access to images, videos, audio files, clip art, and animated clip art like Plus users?
Yes, AppSumo users have access to all those assets, similar to Plus users.
Let us know if you need more info.
Thanks, Nadya, for your answers.
Point 2 about domains is the most important.
I'll be working on many domains. Each domain has several sections; you can think of them like magazines, so within the same domain there are several sections, each section has several pages.
I might need a banner on one page/section, a different banner on another page/section, and yet another on another page/section, etc.
This applies to other domains.
Can you clarify point 2?
Thanks
Thank you for the clarification! If I understood you correctly, you're asking whether you can use different exported banners across multiple domains, sections, and pages — and the answer is yes. Once you export a banner (as an image, HTML5, or MP4), you’re free to use it wherever and as often as you need — no restrictions on domains or pages.
