Q: How does this compare to airmeet?
Is the aws only for video calling, but we can use this to host non recorded events. Will there ever be the ability to record?

BeHuman.Online vs. Competitor - While both platforms offer virtual event solutions, BeHuman.Online stands out for its flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and robust branding options. You'll find greater freedom to customize and white-label your events, including custom CNAME/domain support to truly make the platform your own. 👍
AWS and Video Sources - As a host, the AWS link is not mandatory unless you plan to use the Lounge for video calls. For other content, such as registration or accessing live streams and replays, you have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of sources. Be it RTMP, HLS over CDN, MP4, YouTube, Vimeo, or Twitch (whether live or recorded), you can easily load your preferred content onto our platform. Please note that we currently don't offer recording within the Lounge.

At BeHuman.Online, our intention behind the Lounge feature was to replicate the organic, free-flowing conversations that happen at in-person events. Just as attendees wouldn't expect their conversations in a conference hall to be recorded, we've designed the Lounge to provide a space for unrecorded, spontaneous interactions.
That said, we understand the value of event recording for hosts and attendees, and we're constantly working to improve the platform based on user feedback. While we currently allow hosts to load in their own video streams which could be recorded, we'll definitely consider the option of built-in event recording for future updates.
