Q: Mattew This looks amazing and right on time.
I do have two questions:
1.) I understand that I can (or rather have to) use an outside payment processor such as Eventbrite or TicketTalior to sell tickets to my BeHuman.Online event.
If I have two tiers of ticket pricing, say General Admission and VIP, how do I use Zapier to pass that information on to BeHuman.Online? By the ticket type ID?
2.) I'm going to be hosting a day-long event with several speakers, and set up separate YouTube streams for each presentation. Once the live stream is complete for session #1 will the recorded YT video of the live stream be then hosted on the BeHuman.Online event page for that day as long as the page is up? Or would I have to do a quick change in the back end and post the YT link in that slot?
3.) Lastly, would we be able to create a password or access-code protected lounge for VIP members to hang out with the speakers after their presentation?
THAT would be great.

Tiered access, and a VIP lounge based on registration tier or password are both in progress for release in early 2024; when available, the Zapier link will also be updated to include the tier options.
When embedding a YouTube live stream, YouTube should automatically make the replay available at the same link after the stream completes without needing to change the link in BeHuman.Online; however, if you want to change the link, it's very easy to do in the backend.

Currently Zapier is the only 3rd party integration supported, but we have plans to expand this in the new year. Activepieces is a great low cost alternative to Zapier which we'll be working to support ASAP.
